Refactoring/wadl #152

I started working on the WADL component:

Made a proper module out of it
Created sub component for base resource (others still need to be done)
Moved a lot of frontend code to backend (a lot more needs to be done)
Simplified frontend code a lot (can be simplified even more)

So this is just to get everyone synced - WADL is not done yet :)
