ui_*() are largely superseded by cli https://cli.r-lib.org/articles/usethis-ui.html, which is much lighter! This removes 10 dependencies to the package.

This changes spacing a little, but I made it uniform across functions. Kudos on the snapshot tests, which makes seeing the impact very easy!
