Cross-dimensional teleports reset gamemode #150

If I am in spectator mode and teleport to a player in the End, I'll be in survival mode which is very annoying and gives away the fact that I am spectating.

This is because of how EssentialCmds sets the gamemodes based upon the world set gamemode.

If the gamemode of the End is meant to be survival mode, when you TP there it'll set it there. I'll add something to toggle this feature.
