Destroying Block With Item Frame = Unlimited Item #12

Using version 0.4.8 (For 1.10.2), a player can break the block the item frame is on will cause the item frame and the item in it, to be dropped.

In other words, create a shop, go behind the shop, destroy the block with the item frame, get the item, delete the shop, replace block, back to step one.

From my research, this seems to be an issue with Pixelmon and SpongyChest, but I'm not entirely sure...

Running a modpack without Pixelmon, it still dropping the item.
