Single SNP loci #24

Locus breaker identified 41 loci for 40 proteins in which the boundaries' of the locus were the same.

So for COJO and sending the instruments list, we came up with this idea not to run COJo on those loci. However, for consistency of the results structure/format, we run COJO but we do not enlarge the locus tails, given that expanding +/- 100kb doesn't bring up any issue and the results saty the same as not expanding it.
