herokuの設定方法 + DNSサーバー側の設定方法について。 https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/custom-domains

herokuではrootは推奨されていないので、 サブドメイン'www'で行う。

できました。heroku側のアドレスが買わらない限り有効です。 http://www.summaq.net/hotentry/index
