feat: Remove `storybook` temporarily #177

Because storybook is not working in this project at this moment anyway and the outdated version is causing security warnings like:

  1. https://github.com/htbkoo/personal-portfolio/security/dependabot/81
  2. https://github.com/htbkoo/personal-portfolio/security/dependabot/65
  3. https://github.com/htbkoo/personal-portfolio/security/dependabot/64

But this should be fixed properly by https://github.com/htbkoo/personal-portfolio/issues/114
