Address selinux denials #3

I finally fixed https://github.com/htc-msm8960-dev/android_device_htc_m7-common/issues/2 The culprit was the missing line here

/(system|vendor|system/vendor)/bin/mpdecision          u:object_r:mpdecision_exec:s0

The other changes might not be necessary.
