As a User I need a way to deploy my counters to the cloud So that others can have easier access to the counters

Details and Assumptions

Where the counters will be loaded in the cloud The user will be more appt to use them.

Acceptance Criteria


Given that everyone has access to the cloud 
When the users has the easy access to the counters 
Then more users will use the counters
