In order to reduce the number of calls to Event Hubs, adding a batch_write function to allow multiple records to be sent in the same message, with a variable batch size setting.
Also allowing folks to opt out of the printing of each record.

@toddysm Any chance you could take a look at this? These changes should be invisible to current users, but support batching for folks who want that.
