What change would like to see?
Manual pages for language reference on linux terminal.

Why?
1. Largest project documentation;
2. Offline documentation and free browser;
3. Quick way to resolve doubts;
4. Greater integration with packages (.Deb) for Debian/Ubuntu.

Would this cause any incompatibilities with previous versions?  If so, how
can these be mitigated?
It does not cause incompatibility with earlier versions.

We don't have the resources to maintain these.  If someone else wants to 
provide them (e.g. as part of packaging Arduino for a Linux distribution), that 
would be great.

I have experience in packaging .deb for Debian. I can build a package 
periodically.
