Added htmlentity decoding for _vote. #12

Found while trying to vote for a song with an ampersand. I'm aware the voting functionality doesn't work yet with Spotify, but this solves at least one more step.

Oh.. and AWESOME job on this integration. Our office has been having a field day with it.
