anesthetic version issue in tutorial #1

Make it explicit in the tutorial that anesthetic version 2.0.0-beta.x is needed to run the load_chains function. Or alternatively downgrade to an older version of anesthetic and make the code compatible.

Resolved by #18. Tutorial structure was changed so this shouldn't be a problem now.
