confirmation api

basically a api endpoint that allows to change the verification status via a single link in the email

• the api end point "confirm" should be created as a sub option of the getbyid and should accept a JSON with:
  • the verification_code
  • a optional verification_message
  • a verification_status
• this function should only be able to change a status from waiting to confirmed or declined
  • if its already confirmed, declined or returned it should not be changed
  • if the verification_code does not match it should not be changed
• create test for this

• changed data to be transimtted via json instead of url param
• changed error code 1001 (you shouldnt use this its literally ment for when you make a syntax error and enter the wrong code) to 1205
• function now changes verification status as well
• changed the setVerificationStatus function to be confirm
• corrected the validation for the enum
