Implement device overview

• lens and drone render [object Object]
• this is my opinion but id prefer the data to not be cented vertically but to be at the top line
• the chip and button in ".bottom" are not cented vertically
• when there are no tags for an item the spacing between the heading and the line should be less

• unavailable devices shouldn't be able to get rented
