add icons to buttons #72

buttons now accept any element inside them to be assigned a slot="" of left or right. Text and SVGs will automatically be formatted. When using a text as a prefix or suffix you should not put the default button text as innerHTML, that will cause duplicate text, in that case, use the text="" property.

made some small style changes in the padding and hover colors of buttons generally
