build-reveal-docker script does not download revealJS #4

The current build-reveal-docker.sh script does not download revealJS if it is not already present. It includes the download script with the source function, but this only works in bash.

As there is no shebang-line present in the build-reveal-docker.sh file,this file gets run by sh, at least in Linux
