Regression: in cljs, can't load org.nfrac.comportex.cells.LayerOfCells #11

This PR is a quick bandaid, but would you be interested in something like http://stackoverflow.com/a/18554700/396534 ?

So. a /comportex/dev/user.clj. At a glance I think that'd be a good separation of Comportex logic from dev convenience code.
