Fixed none values and model params #1

Fixed handling of None values in min/max calculation Updated model params to the current best ones from NAB (previous params did not work well). Verified that it works well on http://data.numenta.org/mn-traffic-sensors/7578/data.html

@rhyolight Note: I disabled day of week and weekend from the model params - we haven't really tuned with those yet and they might not make sense for many datasets.
