Minor edit to "Capturing Audio & Video in HTML5" tutorial

This is pretty minor -- just a display issue (English). I just signed up for the CLA thing and I'm pretty new to all this, so sorry if I do something wrong here...

Under "Round 2: Device Element", first paragraph, second sentence:

"Not surprisingly, the design called for a new element, the <device> element, ..."

Looks like it should be

"Not surprisingly, the design called for a new element, the <device> element, ..."
