Yes, it is. When it is working fine, what do you need to change? Otherwise, please file a bug containing failing URL.

I am planning to contribute fixing #1. I think I found a way for that.

Can I add jQuery as dependency?

Well, I wanted to keep it as small as possible, so if you can avoid using jQuery, then please do so. Keep in mind that IE8- are not supported. I am curious how you would tackle #1 - by using YQL?

There is a problem with linking to a html download link from github, previously it was working but now it's broken: http://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://bitbucket.org/alvations/dslsharedtask2014/downloads/dsl-results.html
