I can confirm that when I download this file, it looks okay in Chrome under Linux, but that https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/hosseinmoein/DataFrame/blob/Hossein/DocTest/docs/DataFrameDoc.html just shows raw HTML, with strange characters.
