Add user choices to interface:

Choose to base dimensions on countertop or cabinet bank.
Specify countertop overhang on left, front, right. All default to 2.0".
Specify countertop thickness (1 1/2" - laminate; 1 1/8" - stone)
Toe kick fabrication style: plywood box frame or stainless steel legs with clip-on toe kicks.
Specify height of toe kick: 4" or 6"; usually 6".

From discussion with Lee on 5/13/20. The front countertop overhang is part of the depth, as the depth specified is usually the depth of the countertop. The full width and is also usually the width of the countertop. Lee's company usually uses a 2" front countertop overhang.

There can be a filler on an end even if there is countertop overhang on that end. For example, next to a refrigerator, one might want a 1/4" filler to allow space for the swing of the door. In this case, the countertop overhang would be the same as the filler width.
