天地图即将升级 #13

今天访问了天地图官网时有提示说即将升级服务并且升级后会需要密钥。 密钥肯定是各个开发者来获得但是好像有部分服务连接也会变， 具体怎么变我不清楚。

天地图API 里面说 http://t0.tianditu.gov.cn/vec_c/wmts?tk=您的密钥 这种接口调用要密钥，这个插件调用的是 http://t{s}.tianditu.cn/DataServer?T=vec_w&X={x}&Y={y}&L={z} 这个种接口，不知道会不会影响到。

PS：记得通知是 2019.1.1 开始实施要加上 key，我刚刚测试 http://t{s}.tianditu.cn/DataServer?T=vec_w&X={x}&Y={y}&L={z} 这个种接口没有 key 还是可以访问额。

现在已经无法访问，https://github.com/htoooth/Leaflet.ChineseTmsProviders/pull/11 这个 pr 中加上了使用天地图的key
