Integrate volume id and record id parsing from HTRC-PythonSDK #15

The HTRC-Python-SDK has some functions that can be useful for HTRC Feature Reader users:

Volume ID parsing: normalize urls to IDs for volumes
Record parsing: same as above, but for the step above a volume: the metadata record.
Fetching the record id for a volume: this is especially useful for multi-volume works
Fetching all the volume ids for a record: pairs well with the above.
