Accept terms of service does not work

@salvadorgtalents could you please tell us where exactly this is not working?

@leopastorg in the meantime please check the ToS in the register form, I believe this refers to when viewing ToS on the register/signup views it was taking the users to a Woops! 404 not found page.

[x] In firefox the ToS autolaunches in the register page and cannot be dismissed.

The whoops page it's now resolved but that agreement is from last year. @roberto-robles can we update it? I sent the updated agreement at the first group meeting, please let me know if you need me to send it again.
