Two different scenarios:

1. Two Suppliers in the same Job Opportunity submitting the same candidate: The supplier that submits the same candidate for the same job opportunity is rejected because it is duplicated for such role.

2. Any Supplier submitting the same candidate for a different Job Opportunity is not allowed to even upload the candidate on gT (even before submitting it to any job opportunity).

Suppliers shall be able to submit the same candidate for different job opportunities. Rejection shall occur only when the same candidate (email as its key identifier) is submitted for the same job opportunity by another Supplier.

• Candidates cannot be uploaded into the system due to email validations:
• [ ] Upload a candidate should not be restricted by email as a unique key.
• [ ] Presenting a candidate into an opportunity still requires a uniqueness validation so the same person candidate participate in the same opportunity multiple times through different suppliers.
