Minimization Unresponsive For First Use After Launch #9

When I click the green thing it takes like 2-4 click after the first launch before it minimizes, after the first time it successfully does so, the problem goes away.

What's the green thing? I don't think there are any colors in the GUI besides white/dark scaling depending on the mode.
