What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.00:24:fe:00:e3:35 != 00:24:FE:00:E3:35

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be equal imho  
aircrack and the like put out upper case ids which get not eaten in pyrit

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pyrit-0.2.4
CPyrit-CUDA-0.2.4
