Things we'll be able to do:

DefautFilter could be cleaned up with HttpFilter, though it's not clear that should continue to be public API.
We can implement trailer headers.

This is just a stepping stone to Servlet 5.

See #9. @arixmkii's PR gets more interesting with respect to Jetty.

The Java 8 jobs both hung. Probably a fatal error.
