Compiling the sources, then serve them from resources, e.g. https://github.com/gemini-hlsw/ocs3/blob/develop/modules/edu.gemini.seqexec.web/edu.gemini.seqexec.web.server/src/main/scala/edu/gemini/seqexec/web/server/http4s/StaticRoutes.scala
