Things seem dormant here, and @FrancescoSerra seems interested to step up :) @http4s/rho @rossabaker wdyt?

Absolutely. Francesco is doing a great job in a couple other places.

@zarthross took over when Bryce retired and is the resident Rho expert. @FrancescoSerra is new around the org, but doing great. I figured there were several low hanging steward merges, and then you two might like to find a bit of time to talk about the road ahead whenever life permits.
