fix: incompatible version changes for C4 W3 L4 #108

Since the course was developed, some of the used packages had major version updates that made the code incompatible. Packages versions were not specified, so it made the pipeline fail unintentionally to the course program. This PR fixes described issues and makes user experience a bit brighter.

Also fixed few empty line endings and a tpyo ;)

Hi Aleksandr! We're not yet accepting PRs but thank you for reporting this! The fix was ongoing based on previous reports but was put on hold because of a recent course launch. We just pushed the revisions so learners shouldn't run into the issues anymore. Thanks again!
