     to point to RFC-to-be 9114 at the request of the AD (it had 
     originally been assigned RFC 9113). Note that keeping the reference in
     that form will depend on that document's movement through our

     document, we will revert to pointing to the I-D form.-->

I don't think this requires any action from us (and it's likely to be published at the same time).

I will clarify that we want to wait for that ref to be ready.
