@willstrawson I have finished compiling the nback mind wandering task to BIDS Quick Summary on the distribution of the data availible:
I also made all my BIDS conversion functions into a module so we can easily install it with pip install .
at the root directory for future beahvioural data. Tests and continuous integration also supplied. Once we are allowed back in the office I will need to chop the smr file in test so we don't have too large a file for the test. I will try to write more documentations on this.
Feel free to see how I implemented things and ask questions. Sign off for this year.
The missing data listed above has been recovered. I have also finished writing all the data description (see data repository on CISC volume.)
I have decided to remove all dataset related content to a dedicated repository. This repository will only tract the analysis tool.

The analysis is going to be focusing on the ongoing thought aspect of the ADIE dataset. This involves the fMRI data, York mind wandering task with ECG measures. Following the initial meeting, we agreed to work on the following goals:
Potential information we would like to include in this repository:
Suggestion: since we know there are subjects with no T1. We probably need to look into strategy (ideally in FSL) on preprocessing. There were discussion on fMRIPrep related to a direct EPI to MNI space registration. Do you think it would be a good idea to work on a extra feature in fMRIPrep for the analysis? We can work on a Python based prototype and approach the fMRIPrep team for their help to make it fMRIPrep ready?
Please add things I missed out in this thread.
