qaac-qtfiles: Update to maintained fork

Please test this before merging, as I don't use qaac, I just use the codecs. Also with that being said, I think it might be a good idea to remove depends on this package, and maybe instead add it within qaac.json if you want that.

This project https://github.com/K3V1991/QuickTime-Files-for-qaac doesn't seem to be open source, it is not extracted by GitHub Actions , and the source of the binary dll is unknown. We need to wait and see for now, so we will not consider merging it for the time being.

In addition, the depends is what I need when using qaac. If you don't need it, you can consider maintaining it yourself :)
