[FEAT] `{{street-view}}` component #35

As @FutoRicky meant by #32, make a street-view component working with the map or as a standalone component.

Those willing to test, I've made quite some progress and you can actually use the feature by installing this addon at branch feature/street-view here

I need some testers and some help as I am very busy those times. Also @ohizkiya would love some help on the doc for this, but I know can be hard since the only thing you can do is look at the code in that branch and guess lol

@huafu - I think once we have some testing done and the street-view branche is merged into main then we can go ahead and update the docs. I believe the docs should always reflect the latest code in main.

Any plans to merge this?

I've been testing this (merged with current master) and the only issue I have is that the camera is not pointed in the correct heading. I'm working on a way to get the correct heading.
