Change directory structure #112

I would be easier if the review directory would contain a directory
structure depending on the reviews defined. In these directories also the
settings for the review could be kept. So not all this information was
needed in the .jupiter file. In this way it would be easier to delete a
review with it's information. The .jupiter fle would only need to contain
the default review.
