! LaTeX Error: File `xetex-inputenc.sty' not found. The same problem.
use own xetex-inputenc.sty style generated definition. Put the file in the same directory where your main.tex file is, so that xelatex main.tex
finds the style file.
Here are instructions under Readme -> Installation where you can generate your own style file xetex-inputenc
