Documentation

Added JSDocs for some of the exported functions
Added more comments to explain complex operations or rationale behind tests
Updated api-docs and provided link in README

Notes

Refactored frontend/src/utils/files.ts to avoid code repetition
Modified tests/cypress/e2e/UserActions/share.cy.ts to logout and check that the code can still be accessed
