Add ShortCut / Custom ShortCut / Folder to Home Screen not working #326

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to add shortcut or Custom ShortCut or Folder to home screen
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see new folder on home screen.  Nothing happens, home screen remains 
the same.  Launcher Actions, Widgets and Wallpapers work correctly.  Only 
shortcuts and folders are not working.  

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?

ADW EX 1.2.2.  Using on rooted Barnes & Noble Nook Color running Android 2.1.  
Rooted using AutoNooter 3.0.0.

No errors showing in aLogcat.

I forgot to add, if you need anything, just email me.  I would like to be able 
to put folders on this nook as it makes a very nice tablet.
