Mod conflict with Railcraft Beta for 1.12.2 #52

Hello, I am here to report an error in the water power mod regarding the railcraft beta mod. If both mods are in the same folder, Water Power creates a conflict which immediately fails the startup of the server. crash-2019-02-11_13.24.58-server.txt Can the mod be updated to fix this issue?
