Thank you for your feedback @huangje As inferred from your previous issues such as https://github.com/nusCs2113-AY1920S1/pe-dev-response/issues/811, we noticed that your program displays double with a comma and the month of october spelled as octobre. Therefore, we can infer that you are using a french locale which means you are not following Prof Akshay's instruction of changing your locale to english as shown here: https://github.com/nusCS2113-AY1920S1/forum/issues/86 We have also did our due diligence to inform users to change the locale in the FAQ section of the UG. Therefore, when OwlMoney detects malformed input, in this case, commas seperating dollars and cents as well as the spelling of the month, it will detect that and stop importing right away, as designed. As such, we will be rejecting this bug due to your locale issue.

Reason for disagreement: I think even if the teacher ask us to change, the severity is still high because you can't except all the user to change their locale, because some user may not be computer science student so they won't know how to change it, and you are not telling them how to change it (there is not a tutorial). The severity is still high because you should handle the problem, I mean, it doesn't load the data, the problem is still pretty high
