Featured post style #4

Provide special post template for featured posts/pages. This will allow posts to tick the featured box in the post editing page. This could be extended to use other internal tags or special templates.

Ideas so far:

wide layout
full-width featured image
wider content area
a featured badge

Finished, will be available on v0.2. Only the featured label(badge) is added to the post page, for full-width templates will be created instead.
