Fixed double header and {{@site.lang}} issue #77

While 1.3.2 header was working fine in the 1.3.3 there is additional code that added static Fixxy Themes header which resulted in having duplicated headers (both Fizzy theme and the actual blog's header) explained in the issue

Also fixed the Ghost warning about replacing {{@site.lang}} with {{@site.locale}}

Thanks for the PR, this issues has been solved by the latest release v1.3.4. Cheers!
