I am just opening this to mention that this is really great! SNT Users would definitely profit from this.

I was planning to write an IPython Notebook exemplifying how to analyze SNT traces (see fiji/Simple_Neurite_Tracer#10), but now that I came across your project, I was simply thinking to:

[ ] make TracePy available on http://nbviewer.jupyter.org
[ ] Add an explicit copyleft license to the project (any preferences?)
[ ] List TracePy on https://imagej.net/Neuroanatomy:External_Resources

@huangziwei, what do you think? Also relevant (in case you have not seen it) is https://github.com/hadim/scijava-jupyter-kernel

TracePy is still in its alpha stage. I am going to rewrite (most) parts of the code, and will try to move it into beta this week :-)
