High-level Design

[x] Use Bootstrap bootstrap web
[x] Learn SQL to rearrange the collected data ( Giang)

Low-level Design

[x] Create a section after the Navbar
[x] Use carousel of Bootstrap for this section
[x] Add responsive for this section responsive
[x] When navigate to other page of the web, it will become a part of sidebar sidebar
[ ] Collect and sort the data in a ordered list
[ ] Connect the database with the section Result index file

Testing
[ ] Make sure the database is fixed on the hot news section
