[Feature request] New observation:ego vehicle and neighbor vehicle parameters,like wheel_base, wheel_pos, etc.. #2114

Motivation

some user may like to use vehicle parameters do some planning and prediction

Proposal

add this observation to ego_vehicle_state and neighborhood_vehicle_states

You mention wheel_base, wheel_pos, etc..

Do you have a more concrete reference list or example of the parameters you want?
