added non-binarized causal matrix #121

Hey, thanks for the great work with gcastle. In our project we would like to access the non-binarized causal matrix, cause we need more information than only 0s and 1s in the matrix.

Hello, thanks for your interest in our work!

You are of course welcome to make any local changes or additions that are needed, however, we won't merge it into the main repository for now. Maybe in the future, if more people require this extension but it would have to be added to all algorithms and the base class.
