chore(validation): remove the validations about param values

What this PR does / why we need it:

• For the parameters of the type string and type int, there are unnecessary to check the length and explain them in the documentation just ok.
• In the documentation, there are some descriptions of the parameters are different with the schema definition.
• In the documentation, there are some incorrect sentence expression, inludes:
  • using ** sign to mark the number except enums.
  • ranges without ` sign to mark numbers.
  • Without using thousands marks for numbers.
  • ...

Which issue this PR fixes: (optional, in fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...) format, will close that issue when PR gets merged) fixes #xxx

1. remove all validation about string values.
2. remove all validation about integer values.
3. formatting numerical expressions.
